Anaphylaxis Training

Resus Nelson are able to offer practical training in the care of a person suffering an acute allergic reaction or anaphylactic shock.

Participants will gain understanding in:

The basic principles behind an allergic reaction
Early recognition of the signs and symptoms
How to treat symptoms with immediate aid
When and how to administer intra-muscular adrenaline

This training can be taught in 2 hours depending on number of participants in a group and is a cost of $69.00 (inc GST) per person.

EpiPen training only will be $40.25 (inc GST)

A certificate of attendance is issued

In 2017 we required adrenaline training for 30 of our workers. After a short period of looking for a suitable training provider, we decided that Resus Nelson would meet our adrenaline training needs. Resus Nelson provided us with solid, relevant training that was specific to our work in the forestry industry.
